He was predeceased by: his wife Millicent; his parents, Jake McLean and Fannie Mae Thompson McLean; and his brothers, Dewey and Bill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy English (Ron) and Beth Bravis (Scott); his grandchildren, Jake English (Leah) and Sarah Beth Satmary (Luke); his great grandchildren, Trent, Addison and Miller English; and his son Golden Valley Groves.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Desire Street Ministries, an organization meeting the needs of inner city children.
