He is survived by: his stepmother Annette Park; his children, Samuel Park (Lindsey), Melissa Hanneman (Chris), Erica Avellan (Bernardo) and Hillary Failes (John); his mother-in-law Camilla Pass; his wife Melanie White; his grandchildren, Sam, Phoenix, Rylie, Bernardo, Jack, Melanie, Alice and Eleanor; and his great grandchildren, Bernie and Beatrice.
