With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther Doerle of Dover, Florida, who passed away on August 13, 2020 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Highsmith and Susie Harrod Highsmith; her husbands, David Cowart and Maxey Doerle; and her children, Joan Conner, John Cowart and Eugene Cowart.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Evelyn Matthews; her daughter-in-law Betty Cowart; her son Edgar Lariscy (Linda); her stepdaughters, Janice Sturgill (Steve) and Lana Fritz (David); and her grandchildren, Karen Vogel (David), Cathy Miller, Lisa Hobbs (David), Vicki Britt (Darrell), Jamie Cowart (Regina), Matt Sturgill (Joy), Wes Sturgill (Kim), Amber McDowell (Johnny) and Hollie Fritz (Andy). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren.
