He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Collins Sr. and Mary M. Collins (Hager); his wife Herta Collins; his sister Margie Lynn; and his son-in-law Orest Zuchegno.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Zuchegno of North Canton, Wendy Doney (Robert) of Zanesville and Barry Collins (Kathy) of Dover; his grandchildren, Eric Zuchegno (Natalia) of North Canton, Brett Zuchegno of Akron, Robert M. Doney (Jessica) of Lake Mary, Stefanie Connell (Jereme) of Zanesville and Sean Doney of Zanesville; and his great grandchildren, Christina, Kara, Liam Zuchegno, Madison Doney, Skylar Doney and Sebastian Connell.
