He is survived by: his son Walter L. Skinner II; his grandchildren, Kevin Skinner, Remy Skinner and Victoria Skinner Frame (Patrick Frame); his great grandchildren, Avery, Cole and Mason Frame; his daughter Charmagne Ayotte (James R. Ayotte III); his grandson Matthew J. Wiseman (Amanda E. Wiseman); his great grandchildren, Benjamin Wiseman and Lillian Wiseman; his granddaughters, Sarah Kathleen Vecchio and Julia Rembert Feild (Steve); his great grandchildren, Cassidy and Reese Feild of Tomball, TX.; his stepdaughter Kathleen Owen Morgan of Texas; and his sister Shirley A. Wright of Mt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
