He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelsey Dugger Ragland; and his brother Michael Dugger. He is survived by: his parents, Travis Dugger and Sarah Dugger; and his wife Shelly Dugger of Destin, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
