He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert William Reckner and Emma Jean Bosworth of Wyoming, OH; his birth mother Emma Jean Bosworth; his brother Donald Reckner; and his pet Jake.
He is survived by: his stepmother Alma; his wife Elena Bertubin of Destin, FL; his son Stephen Reckner of Navarre, FL; his grandchildren, Olivia, Logan and Lauchlan; his daughter Amanda Lee (Scott) of Destin, FL; his grandchildren, Davidson, Naomi and Elena; his siblings, John Reckner of Oxford, MA and Gayle Howard (Charlie) of Wyoming, OH; and his pets, BJ and Baby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
