It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Carr (Destin, Florida), born in Lebanon, Missouri, who passed away on July 17, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Carr and Vesta Lou "Betsy" Luthy; and his son Craig Carr. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Richard "Rick" Carr (Jennifer) of Bolivar, MO, Alex Carr (Molly) of Bolivar, MO, Michelle Carr of Springfield, MO, Jeffrey Staples (Kristen) of Leesburg, VA and Christian Staples (Katherine) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, James Cody Carr, Joshua Carr, Riley Carr, Dalton Carr, Remmer Carr, Cameron Carr, Garrett Carr, Rachel Carr, Payton Nutter, Madison Pearcy, Hayden Pearcy, Haley Staples, Jack Staples, Brooke Staples and Logan Staples; and his siblings, George E. Carr (Ann) of Lebanon, MO, Mike Carr of Mesa, AZ and Margaret Russell of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
