He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Joseph Cullen and Cornelia Brown Cullen; and his siblings, Joseph Eric Cullen and Gloria D'Gerolamo. He is survived by: his wife Janis Richardson Cullen; his children, Kip Cullen, Holly Rogers, Heather Logarbo and Heidi Kondroik; and his sister Debbie Carlisle. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
