It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James C. Lorbeck of Destin, Florida, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Donald Lorbeck and Phyllis Barbara Konopacki Lorbeck; and his daughter Lauren Alise Lorbeck. He is survived by: his wife Judge Mary; his daughter Lisa Ann Lorbeck Wight; his stepchildren, John Hudson Norman, Jr. and Caroline Norman Kirsch; his grandchildren, Alexander James Wight, Katherine Loraine Wight, Kathryn Jolie Kirsch and Linden Jefferson Kirsch; and his siblings, Lisa Ann Lorbeck Liebert, Kathy O'Connor Mullen and Donald McCann.
