He was predeceased by: his mother Patti Everhart; and his grandparents, Wayne, Sara Everhart, Aubrey and Mary Lee Cochran.
He is survived by: his father Boyd; his stepparents, Phyllis and Mike Johnson; his sisters, Leeann (Liz) and Stacy (Damon); his stepbrother Chris (Dixie); and his nieces and nephews, Kennedy, Ainsley, Caleb, Carson and Colby. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a multitude of loving friends.
