She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Forsythe and Hovey Hershberg Finnell; and her husband Ray Wells, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ray Wells Jr (Renee), Nick Wells of Austin, Texas and Lisa Wells-Riley; her great grandchildren, Skylar Wells of Hickory Tennessee and Haley Wells of Hickory Tennessee; and also Patty Wells.
