She was predeceased by: her parents, Warney Smith and Virginia Vipperman Smith; and her husband Dewey Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Belcher and Dewey Belcher II (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Dewey Belcher III, Donovan Belcher, Kaythan Boyd and Austin Abshire.
