He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Harman and Katherine LeGrande; his wife Katherine L. Cooper; his children, Tammy L. Layton (Steven) of Florida, Julie A. Harman of Florida and Ronald C. Harman, Jr. (Catherine) of North Carolina; and his sister Geri Rose Elzie of Texas. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
