He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wade and Lena Wade; his brother Beldon; his daughter LaDonna; and his grandson Clive.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Tony, Cindy, Kim and Chris; and his sister Mary Lee. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
