He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ruth Tillman and Benjamin Franklin Tillman; his stepchildren, Tamika and Issac; and his nephew Ricky.
He is survived by: his wife Karla J. Tillman; his son Kyle (Anthony); his stepchild Jimmie; his daughter-in-law Angel (Kyle); his sister Emma Frances Mellwain; his niece Sonja; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Smallwood and Ronald Spates. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
