He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carmen Morales, Leocadio Soto, Maria Torress and Angel Ortiz. He is survived by: his uncles, Richard Morales and Leocadio Soto Jr. Tony Jr.; his parents, Antonio Sr. Ortiz and Lydia Ortiz; his siblings, Shania and Marc; and his daughters, Janyce Anna and Jaida Marie Ortiz. He is also survived by loving Uncles, Aunts and cousins.
