He is survived by: his wife Carol Maccari; and his children, Susan Kuntz (William), Judith Harris (Jeffrey), Pamela St. Pierre, Thomas J Maccari (Christine) and Jennifer Codella (Peter). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
