He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his brother Kenneth; his children, Nicola, Simon and Katherine; his sons-in-law, John and Aaron; his grandchildren, Arthur, Robert, Stephen, Gabriel, Anna and Jack; his nieces, Karen and Susan; his goddaughter Andrea; his friends, Gerry and Judy Leider; and also, Dr. Robert Dudley, Dr. Thomas Niederman, Dr. William Skinner and Dr. Andrew Ladner.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Peter's memory to the Achievement Centers for Children and Families of Palm Beach County.
