As Esther departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Esther. Though Esther may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her husband Meyer Henri Knafo; her sons, David Knafo (Laurie) and James Knafo; her grandchildren, Aaron (Gabrielle), Scott, Joshuwa and Adored; and her great grandchildren, Maximilian, Zander and Zachary.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beth Israel Memorial Chapel (5808 W Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33484).
