He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Perez and Angelica Perez. He is survived by: his wife Aidee Perez; his children, Marlene Strauss and Fernando Perez; his grandchildren, Brian Strauss and Jessica Sanfratello; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Sanfratello and Owen Sanfratello. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
