He was predeceased by: his wife Anita; and his sister Diana Cohen. He is survived by: his children, Mark Holtzman (Rikki), Laura Shtrax (David) and Amy Polonsky (Alexander); and his grandchildren, Dovid, Aharon, Levi, Esther, Moshe, Maddie, Taylor, Binyomin, Brett and Erin.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Beth Israel Memorial Chapel (11115 Jog Rd, Boynton Beach, FL 33437).
