He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Seyter and Laura C. Seyter (Bierweiler); his sister Alice M. Dubois (Seyter); and his nephew Daryl W. Dubois. He is survived by: his former wife Judy Williams; his wife Judith V. Seyter (Williams); his children, Debra Seager (Stephen) of Blacksburg, Barbara Divincenzo (Joseph) of DeLand and Walter Seyter (Barbara Kehoe) of Huntersville; his grandchildren, Stephanie Lemp (William), Timothy Seager of Cornelia, Georgia, Nicole Cooney (David) of Ladson, Katelynne Sims (Jason) of Hillsville, Mathew Divincenzo of DeLand and Ava Seyter of Huntersville; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Lemp of St. Louis and Wesson Sims of Hillsville, Virginia. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
