She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Landon Randolph Terry and Jaqueline Juanita "Kitty" Owens Terry; her great-nephews, John Landon and Hudon McCool; her niece Anna Chase McCool of Northport, Alabama.; her husband Clark Van Hoten; her brothers, David Terry, Tim Terry of Bristol and Mark Terry of Jamestown; and her close friends, Sandy Seizmore Counts, Marlene Martin and Gloria Denston.
