He is survived by: his children, Monica Simpson (Eric) and Robert Simpson (Sundria); his grandchildren, Laila, Sarai, Saleigh, Saliha and Sydney; his siblings, Wesley, Laurence, Morris, Libel (Jamaica) and Monica (Jamaica); and his close friend Hattie Russell (South Carolina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
