He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Smith and Thelma Smith (Barnett) of Muskogee, OK; and his sister Stefanie Smith Calaway of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Smith of Deland, FL; his children, Emily Schiff (Adam) and Cari Smith (David Milbrandt) of St. Johns, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler Schiff, Whitney Schiff and Victoria Milbrandt; his brother Stephen Smith (Lisa) of Alpharetta, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Sue and Mike Kuzmik. He is also survived by his family, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of his many relatives and friends that are affected by cancer, to your favorite university or educational program to fight ignorance, or any worthy organization.
