It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lynn Norris of Deland, Florida, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Pickens and Edith Pickens; her husband Cecil Norris; her children, Kevin Norris and Lisa Rickman; her son-in-law Andrew; and her grandsons, Samuel and Theodore.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the First Assembly Deland (551 S Kepler Rd, DeLand, FL 32724).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to First Assembly Deland, designated for the Girls Ministry, in Sandra's honor.
