He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Conk and Richard C. Conk; and his sister Susan Menyhart. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Collette Colegrove (Richard) and Daniel Conk (Jill); and his grandsons, Andy, Craig and Garret.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (359 New York Ave W, DeLand, FL 32720).
