Heffington Sr. and Anna Pearl Boston Heffington; his wife Lonna Keller Heffington; his children, Kim Heffington Sands (Steve) and Todd Heffington (Angie); his grandchildren, Natalie Sands Steverson (David), Avery Heffington and Brody Heffington; his brother Mike Heffington (Tana) of Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Heffington Yazigi (Gus), John David Heffington (Christine) and Brianna Heffington Wolfe (Darryl).
