He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Dever and Charlene Dever. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Dever; his children, Laurie Dullmeyer (Edward) and Mandy Whitehead (Patrick); his grandchildren, Josiah, Jesse, Jamie, Jacob, Jonah, Jordan and Rylee; his sister Dee Dee; and his brother-in-law Jim Benny.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Church (115 E Howry Ave, DeLand, FL 32724). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
