She is survived by: her close friend Charlie Habit of DeLand, FL; her daughters, Cynthia A. Kelly (Shawn) of East Brookfield, MA and Jillian M. Chapin (Chris) of Berlin, MA; her brother Wayne Mack of Charlton, MA; and her grandson Anthony LaBaire of Brookfield, MA. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
