She was predeceased by: her parents, Murl Henderson and Winona Henderson (Andrews); her husband John Philip Buford (Phil); and her son Robert. She is survived by: her children, Becky Bernhardy (Mark) of HInckley, R. Scott Buford of Woodstock, GA and Barbara S Buford of Elgin, IL; her grandchildren, Michael Bernhardy (Marilyne Wright) of Belleville, IL, David Bernhardy (Christina) of Chicago, IL, Alexandra Bernhardy of Chicago, IL and Bob Buford of Cocoa Beach, FL; her siblings, Marietta Lamberson of Mt Vernon, IL, Andrew Henderson of Orlando, FL and Sondra Wafler (Terry); and her niece Vicky Lamberson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
