She is survived by: her husband Christopher Raymond Higgins; her mother Cynthia Gail Sullivan; her children, Jaden Emma Carter, Madison Brianna Smith (Joe), Mikayla Rae Carter (Jay), Kavin Christopher Rice and William Taylor Rice; her granddaughter Emberlee Richards; her siblings, Jonathan Sullivan (Erica) and Tammy Bice; her sisters-in-law, Courtney Higgins and Andrea Jones (Chris); and her parents-in-law, Sally Higgins and Larry Higgins. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
