He was predeceased by: his parents, Father John Parkhurst Booth and Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Ross Booth; his nephew Parker Booth; and his siblings, Donnie Booth (Carol), John Booth (Roma), Richard Booth and Margo.

He is survived by: his siblings, Bill (Terri), Bob Booth (Judi) and Susan Booth Brooks (Jeff) of DeLand; his daughter Faith Rose Arison (JD); his grandchildren, Zoey, Mia, JJ, Ruby and Gracie; and his nieces and nephews, Chris (Melanie), Jeff Brooks (Mandy), Ginger Gustason, Lisa Brooks, Jen Brooks, Katie Booth Wellington (Ed) and Julie Booth Stone (Adam). He is also survived by many great nephews, and great nieces.
