She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Parkinson and Anne McCooey Parkinson; her husband Eugene E. Hathaway; her son Steven E. Hathaway; her daughter-in-law Caren Hathaway; and her brother John (Margaret).
She is survived by: her sons, Jay Walter, D. J. (Michelle) of Elko Georgia and Jeffrey Allen (Jessica) of DeLand Florida; her sister Joan Perkins-Smith; her niece Carol Arnold (Marilyn); and her grandchildren, David, Christian, April, Aidan, Liam, Zane, Lacie and Vaughn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation to your local Hospice, the American Heart Association, or other charitable organization in mom's honor be considered.
