He was predeceased by: his wife Veronica Ruocco; and his son Andrew Ruocco. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Ruocco and Veronica Winn (Robert Winn); his sister Frances Beauchea; his grandson Tony Ruocco (Kelly Ruocco); and his great grandchildren, Anthony Ruocco Jr. and Addison Ruocco.
