She is survived by: her children, Steve Welch of DeLand, Rick Welch (Sue) and Kimberly Johnston of DeLand; her brother Jerry Halcomb of Lagrange, GA; and her grandchildren, Blake Welch, Beau Welch, Rick Welch, Josh Welch, Matt Welch, Ash, Bell, Chase Metzig, Heather Longnecker, Tony Bennett and Malana Johnston. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
