He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Digger" Pugh and Sheila Smale Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Brigitte Pugh; his siblings, Carol Moore, Janice Bell, Sherry Nassif and Pete Whitaker; his sister-in-law Jutta Toth; and also Tetyana Sinovyat.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lankford Funeral Home & Crematory (220 E New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32724). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
