With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Edward Porter of Deland, Florida, born in Bennington, Vermont, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Beth Nelson (Jay) and Melody Porter; his grandchildren, Jud Nelson, River Porter, Forest Porter and Nick; and also, Pauline Chase Porter and Bernard Untiedt Porter.
