She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Smith and Mattie Bell Smith. She is survived by: her former husband James Edward Bedford; her sons, William Morgan Bransford (Patty), Jeff Bransford (Kathy) of DeLand, FL and Douglas Bransford of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Barry, Nicole and Whitney; her husband Edwin; and also, Gary Bedford (Doris) and Marshall Bedford (Linda). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
The family requests donations are made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
