He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Esther Loomis and Glenn Loomis; his wife Margaret O'Leary; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Robert Loomis (Gail) and Carol Drake (Rodney). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Margaret requests that all who knew him would say a chaplet of Divine Mercy for James and themselves (locate this on line at EWTN.com). Charitable contributions to either the Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer's Association in his name would be appreciated.
