He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mayse of Deland, FL; his children, Phyllis Terry, Mary Jeffers (Paul), Diane Anderson (Russell), Melissa McCann, John Mayse (Sue) and Danny Mayse (Teresa); and his siblings, Art Mayse (Patsy) and Lanora Duncan. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
