He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hayden and Alberta Hayden (Mullins). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Michelle Hartley; his stepchildren, Gregory Bryan (Abby), Mary Bryan and Christine Elkins (Donnie); his grandchildren, Jack Leggett of Tallahassee, J. Tyler Hartley (Brittany) of Tallahassee, Shelby Hartley of Tallahassee, Tyler Franzini, Samantha Evans (Joey) of California, Mackenzie and Bryanne Elkins of Deltona; his great grandchildren, James Dawson Hartley of Tallahassee and Ezra Glover of Tallahassee; his brother Jerry Hayden (Karen) of Georgia; and his nieces, Shelley Hayden of Georgia, Lynne Hayden and Amy McGrath (Bobby). He is also survived by great niece, nephew and several cousins.
