He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Derbyshire (Kelly) and Thomas Derbyshire; and his sons, Kirk A. Derbyshire and Michael E. Derbyshire (Betty Jean). He is survived by: his children, Mindy Carter (Larry) of Port Orange, FL and Bruce Derbyshire (Louise) of Greenwood, IN; his grandsons, Mike Snow, Dylan Derbyshire, Dalton Derbyshire and Joshua Derbyshire; and his great grandchildren, Karli Snow, Kyle Snow, Kloey Snow, Katelyn Snow and Steele Derbyshire.
