She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Stubbs and Naomi Stubbs. She is survived by: her husband Charles B. Welden; her daughters, Christie L. DeGrace of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla and Jennifer Johnson of DeLand, Fla.; her grandchildren, Kaitlynn DeGrace and Jason DeGrace; and her siblings, Donna Drotar of Ocala, Fla and Glenn Stubbs of Savannah. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and family members.
