He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Garland H. Clark and Elizabeth Davies Clark; his children, Garland David Clark and Gale Clark Hoffman (Joe); and his brother-in-law Dick Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Heide Clark; his children, Dr. Gary D. Clark of Lexington, KY, Gwen Clark DiMec (Victor) and Grant D. Clark (Stacey) of Ormond Beach, FL; his stepdaughter Dawn Cope (Scott) of Port Orange, FL.; and his sisters, Helen Clark Hensley of Martinsville, VA and Joyce Clark Johnson (Billy) of DeLand, FL. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
