We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2022, Gary Carter of Deland, Florida, born in Wadley, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Carter and Gloria Carter. He is survived by: his children, Sydney and John; and his sister Carol (Graham) of Wadley, GA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be sent to Stetson Baptist's youth program at the above address to continue to support the youth mission work he loved so much.
