It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Mesibov in Deland, Florida, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Mesibov; her son Lee Mesibov; her granddaughter Stephanie Mesibov; and her brothers, Benjamin Markowitz, Solomon Markowitz and Isaac Markowitz.

She is survived by: her family, Philip Mesibov of Sequim, WA, Steven Mesibov (Sharie) of DeLand, FL and David Mesibov (Linda) of Newport News, VA; and her grandchildren, Sarah Partain (David) of Kent, WA, Megan Bell (Mesibov) of Orlando, FL, Zachariah Mesibov of Atlanta, GA, Annaliese (Mesibov), Mathews (Riley) of Columbia, TN and Mark Mesibov (Miranda Blasingame) of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“As President of the Felton High School Alumni Association, I would like to offer our condolences on the death of Freda. She was in the Class of 1945 at Felton High School in Felton, Delaware. It saddens us to lose one of our own. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. She will be memorialized at our yearly banquet in April.”
