He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McKay Underhill and Frank E. Underhill Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Fuller Underhill; his children, Frank E. Underhill III (Erika), Vann Hamilton Underhill (Che), Julie Underhill Roth (Matt) and Mary Underhill Waugh (Derek); and his sister Kay Underhill Hammer.
