She is survived by: her children, Karen Marie Forsythe, Charles Louis Forsythe and Amy Forsythe Fernandez. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
